CCT staff and Irish Supercomputer List present at Dell HPC Summit

Dr. Brett Becker, Head of Academics at CCT and member of the maintenance committee of The Irish Supercomputer List presented “Where is Ireland in the Global HPC Arena? …and what are we doing there?” at the Dell HPC Summit, hosted today at the Dunsink Observatory. The talk presented the current state of High Performance Computing in Ireland today, including:

  • HPC in Ireland Today
  • Comparisons & Trends
  • Hardware & Applications (Case Study: Trinity Centre For High Performance Computing)
  • Other adventures in Irish HPC
