The CCT Fees Refund Policy dictates the following:
CCT will not refund fees to any student after they have formally registered for a programme, except in extenuating circumstances which are at the discretion of CCT. No refund will be made to students who fail to attend classes or who withdraw and do not finish the scheduled course.
Students who withdraw their application for a programme prior to registration and course commencement, where course fees have been pre-paid, will be entitled to a full refund, minus an EUR80 administration and services charge.
Please note that whilst it is an unusual occurrence CCT reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any course at any time. In the unlikely event of cancellation of a course, full pre-paid fees will be refunded. Except where expressly stated, all fees are non-refundable.
Where applicable, Examination fees are payable on or before the starting date of the course.
Exam Fees for students sitting some validating body examinations may be quoted in another currency to allow for currency fluctuations.
On-line examinations are payable one week in advance of taking these exams by booking through the College.
All examination fees are non-refundable and are subject to change in accordance with the validating body’s regulations.
All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the director of CCT. Refunds will be made to the source of payment within 28 days of receipt of a written application and will include a statement explaining how the refund was calculated.
Application, airport-pickup and accommodation assistant fee will not be refunded.
If a Student visa is rejected for an international student applying for enrolment from offshore, and then all course fees will be refunded in full, minus an administration and registration fee of €200.
For International students already resident in Ireland, fees will not be refunded under any circumstances after commencement of the course
