The current CCT Quality Assurance Handbook, details systematic quality assurance procedures for a range of data collection and analysis, identifies the appropriate forum for monitoring the data and requires both a recording of actions to be taken and a review of the effectiveness of these actions. QA at CCT is based on the following principles and polices: Transparency & Accountability; Effective Communications; Equality; Access, Transfer & Progression; Effective Programme Design, Delivery & Review; Fair & Consistent Assessment of Learners; Protection of Learners; Self-Evaluation & Review; Learner Support and Service; High levels of Teaching & Facilities Provision; Learning resources; Staff Development; Continuous Improvement.
