Course Overview
A Masters in Business Administration degree programme, is an internationally recognised one and is perceived in the global market as the passport to a successful managerial career. This MBA programme is comprised of industry relevant subjects, which have been designed by global industry leaders. The modern business enterprise is in constant transformation as it responds to technological innovations linking local communities to the global marketplace.

This MBA programme is an advanced degree designed to prepare and equip managers with the knowledge and competencies necessary to administer controllable forces within their organizations in order to adapt successfully to variables and changes in the uncontrollable environment.

Practitioners develop skills for deciphering and forecasting external forces and in the process become effective leader-managers in the increasingly multicultural, multinational environment of the twenty-first century.

The specific objectives of this programme are to significantly facilitate students to:

5. Demonstrate a broad and integrated knowledge of business functions, and a knowledge of ethical and legal considerations and the social responsiveness to resolve corporate and public issues
6. Develop an analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills and use of technology related to business decision-making
7. Develop communication and interpersonal skills to lead groups and business organizations
8. Acquire the foundations and tools to make and implement strategy
9. Understand the depth and critical importance of the dynamic and global environment as they influence organizations, decisions and operations
10. Apply learning and research skills to produce a Dissertation / Research Project.

Course Audience

The following are the minimum admission requirements for this programme:

-- a qualification deemed equivalent to an Australian Bachelors degree, preferably with some professional practice;
            Or
-- a qualification deemed equivalent to an Australian Advanced Diploma with at least 3 years relevant work experience;
            Or
-- a minimum of 3 years managerial experience deemed acceptable by AIBA and CCT

International applicants whose first language is not English must produce an official test score of an internationally recognised English Language proficiency testing system. The minimum English Language test score requirement for this course is 6.0 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). Official equivalent scores from the TOEFL English Language test will also be accepted

Accreditation
The Masters in Business Administration is listed on the Internationalisation Register of approved colleges and courses, hosted by the Irish Department of Education. This course is awarded by the Australian Institute of Business Administration, part of the Gibaran Learning Group.

Medical insurance for Non-EU nationals is compulsory and as part of the Irish Student Visa requirements and can be arranged by CCT for an additional fee of EUR160 for 12 months.

- Graduate Certificate in Management is obtained (after any 4 subjects, other than the final project are completed).
